Job Description
EPG Aftermarket Sales Representatives develop and maintain helpful relationships with our existing customers with the approach of help first and sell second. They identify and pursue new business opportunities with our customers and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Aftermarket Sales Representatives are responsible for:
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote company products and services
- Maintaining company trucks
- Creating quotes and invoices
- Complete various tasks assigned
- Daily customer visits and interactions
- Establishing a healthy and helpful relationship with prospective clients
- Provide customers with product demonstrations
- Ability to identify customers past problems and develop efficient solutions catered to their experiences
- Proven experience as an Aftermarket Sales Representative or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Frequently drive long distances
