About the Role: EOSolutions is seeking a Consulting Engineer/Scientist to join our Houston office. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Project Managers to build project teams, ensuring technical accuracy and high-quality deliverables for air quality and multimedia environmental projects. Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise for environmental permitting, compliance, and modeling projects.
• Demonstrate proven knowledge of environmental compliance across multiple state and federal regulatory agencies.
• Build and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies; interpret and analyze federal, state, and local regulations strategically.
• Plan, manage, and execute technical project tasks to deliver client-ready results.
• Coordinate project schedules, manage client/internal communications, and monitor technical project milestones.
• Delegate tasks effectively to junior staff, ensuring regulatory and technical accuracy.
• Mentor junior team members, embodying EOSolutions’ core values in all interactions.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for Project Managers and liaison between junior staff and management.
• Ensure all project deliverables comply with EOSolutions’ quality assurance procedures; proactively communicate technical updates and timelines.
• Engage in continuous learning to enhance technical and project management capabilities.
• Meet established billable hours and utilization targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in environmental regulatory, compliance, or related environmental consulting/industry roles.
• Familiarity with environmental regulatory frameworks and technical disciplines relevant to EOSolutions’ client base.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; proactive in managing priorities and workflow.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams with varying technical skills and personalities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and technical writing skills; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence, continuous learning, and personal growth aligned with EOSolutions' core values.
