Environmental Marketing Services LLC (EMSLLC) is seeking an experienced accounting professional to be a core part of our finance team. As a small business, our accounting team works collaboratively across all phases of the accounting cycle.

Position Overview:

This is more than a standard accounting – it is a hands-on, full-cycle accounting role where you will support billing, receivables, payables, collections, reporting, CRM maintenance, and communication across departments. This position offers a high level of responsibility and autonomy for someone who enjoys owning the accounting process in a collaborative small-business environment.

Duties:

·        Lead & perform full-cycle accounting tasks in Quickbooks (invoicing, A/R, A/P, COD tracking, collections)

·        Customer billing and service verification.

·        Maintain accounting records, aging reports, reconciliations, and financial spreadsheets.

·        Maintain accurate customer, vendor, and accounting information within our CRM system.

·        Working directly with company leadership on reporting.

Qualifications:

4 years of accounting experience

Strong QuickBooks Pro or Enterprise experience

Excellent communication skills by phone and email

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Typing speed of 45 WPM (typing test will be administered during interview)

Must be able to pass: Background check, drug screening, and E-Verify.

Compensation:

$28.00 -- $32.00 per hour, depending on experience

Paid Time Off: 13 days after 1 year (increases to 18 days after 5 years)

Monday – Friday - 8am – 5pm (no nights or weekends)
