Job Summary
A Senior Office Coordinator / Physician Support
We are an Environmental and Functional Medicine practice in Creve Coeur seeking a highly capable, warm, organized, and dependable team member for a key patient-facing and physician support role.
This is not an entry-level position. You will speak with prospective patients, explain our out-of-network model clearly and professionally, guide patients through intake and scheduling, coordinate administrative follow-up, and help the physician carry out priorities.
Our patients often feel overwhelmed or discouraged by chronic health concerns, so this role requires emotional intelligence, professionalism, maturity, and strong follow-through.
Qualifications:
· Experience in a medical office, patient coordination, or similar administrative role
· Strong phone presence and communication skills
· Comfortable discussing fees and out-of-network care
· Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive
· Experience in specialty, private-pay, concierge, functional, or integrative medicine is a plus
Must be knowledgeable in office technologies meaning be able to trouble shoot day to day operational issues relating to computers, copiers, printers, postage machine etc.
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9:00 am–6:00 pm; Wednesday 8:00 am–4:00 pm; Friday off
Pay: $22.00–$26.00 per hour
