As a Client Relations Manager, you’ll serve as the bridge between our landscape operations team and our customers—ensuring the work we deliver reflects the quality, reliability, and professionalism we are known for. You will walk sites, identify needs, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure clients feel valued, heard, and supported every step of the way.
🌱 What You’ll Do- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Conduct proactive site walks and inspections to ensure quality standards
- Identify enhancement opportunities and support proposal development
- Resolve client concerns with urgency, professionalism, and ownership
- Build lasting relationships that strengthen renewals and growth
- Work closely with field teams to ensure scopes, schedules, and outcomes align with expectations
- Document updates, notes, photos and service details using company technology platforms
- Strong communication and customer-service mindset
- Ability to anticipate needs, manage details, and stay ahead of issues
- Experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture, property management, or service-based environments is a plus
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Enjoys being outdoors and hands-on at client sites
