Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking construction laborer to join our growing team based out of Billings, Montana. This position will require weekly travel to job sites across the state of Montana, so flexibility and reliability are essential.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a variety of construction environments and willing to learn specialized skills, including asbestos abatement.
Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction tasks including demolition, site prep, and cleanup
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean job site
- Support skilled tradesmen as needed
- Travel to job sites throughout Montana on a weekly basis
- Perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel weekly (overnight stays required)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Must be willing to obtain Asbestos Abatement Accreditation Card
- Pre-employment drug screen required
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous construction or labor experience
- Experience with demolition or restoration work
