Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Secretary to support daily office operations for an Environmental Company. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Manage emails, correspondence, and scheduling
- Perform data entry and maintain organized records/files
- Assist with document preparation and filing
- Provide general administrative support to staff
- Handle basic office tasks such as copying, scanning, and ordering supplies
Requirements:
- Prior office or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in basic computer programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
