Most days are split between chimney inspections and repair work:
- Inspection Days: You will typically drive with the lead technician to customer appointments starting at 9:00 AM. You will help set up ladders, ropes, harnesses, and fall protection, carry equipment, assist with inspections, and support cleanup. Most days include 2–3 inspections lasting about 2 hours each, with a paid 30-minute lunch. While we are usually back by 5:00 PM, some days run later depending on the workload.
- Repair Days: You will work alongside the lead technician on chimney and fireplace repairs, helping with setup, materials, tools, repairs, and cleanup.
