Responsibilities
- Conduct initial site walkthroughs to collect project details, including measurements, photos, and preliminary scope information.
- Perform post-abatement site visits to walk the property with clients, confirm completion, and close out projects.
- Conduct jobsite compliance checks to ensure containment, safety, and quality standards are being met.
- Support the field and project management teams with supply deliveries, material pickups, and logistics as needed.
- Accurately document field findings and communicate them back to the project team for planning and execution.
- Reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel throughout DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia.
- Strong communication and documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently in the field and interacting with clients professionally.
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Construction Management, Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, or related field preferred.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Hands-on experience in remediation workflows, and client-facing project support.
- Flexible hours to accommodate academic schedules.
- Mentorship from experienced professionals and potential for long-term employment.
- Exposure to real-world project management, environmental compliance, and abatement processes.
