What You’ll Do
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for internal communications, recruiting, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Capture and produce audio content including voiceovers, podcasts, and promotional materials.
- Manage all aspects of post-production: editing, color correction, motion graphics, transitions, sound mixing, and final delivery.
- Utilize emerging technologies and AI-based editing tools to elevate content quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to brainstorm ideas, shape storyboards, and bring concepts to life.
- Format and optimize content for multiple platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, website, internal screens).
- Maintain an organized media library, ensuring accurate file naming and storage standards.
- Stay up to date on digital trends, audience engagement strategies, and new content formats.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in video production and audio editing.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition), DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Experience using AI-enhanced tools (Descript, Runway ML, Pika, or similar).
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and narrative flow.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
