Environmental Air Systems, a full-service mechanical contractor, is seeking a Pipe Superintendent for our manufacturing shop in High Point, NC. In this role you will lead a team of pipe welders, pipe fitters, and pipe helpers in the prefabrication of industrial HVAC piping systems.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation of industrial piping systems including chilled water, hot water, steam, condensate, and condensed water
- Prioritize safety and ensure the team completes audits and all EAS safety requirements
- Manage project schedules
- Maintain tool inspection reports
- Review submittals, installation, and operation manuals
- Interview and hire new employees to join the pipe department
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervision
- Familiarity with flowline manufacturing
- Knowledge of pipe fabrication methods
- Excellent time management skills and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as a team
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Strong Interpersonal skills for coordinating teams
- Fluency in email, spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software
- Minimum of a high school education or equivalent
- Trade School completion preferred
- Ability to work in conditions of varying heat and cold and where noise levels are at or above 90 decibels
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, and pull throughout the shift
