Environmental Advantage is seeking a Tree Steward 1 to join our growing team. This is an entry-level field role for someone who wants more than just a job. It is a starting point for individuals who want to build a future in professional tree care, environmental stewardship, and outdoor field operations.

Compensation: $22.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience, attitude, work ethic, and demonstrated fit for the role.

What You’ll Do

• Support tree pruning and tree removal operations
• Assist with jobsite setup, cleanup, and safe workflow
• Regularly operate chainsaws and other cutting tools as part of the role
• Handle brush, wood, tools, ropes, and equipment responsibly
• Help maintain a safe, efficient, and professional jobsite
• Learn Environmental Advantage standards for field production and property care
• Work outdoors in a physically demanding team environment
• Develop the habits and skills needed for long-term growth

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record preferred or required based on role expectations
• Ability and willingness to safely operate chainsaws and other cutting tools on a regular basis
• Ability to lift, carry, drag, and handle materials and equipment
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Ability to follow instructions and contribute as part of a team
