We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for providing quality professional clerical, administrative, and technical skills, while supporting the President and the Operations Department in all areas of Human Resources including the ability to recruit and hire qualified applicants. In this role you will also oversee and/or assist; orientation, on boarding, payroll, and employee relations.

To be successful in this position you should possess these skills:

• A natural ease with people from applicants to managers.
• Experience working in Human Resources.
• A desire to encourage, train, and assist in helping others to achieve their highest potential.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal.
• A high comfort level for technology and using it as a progressive tool.
• An ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• A drive to achieve and learn.

• $21 - $22 per hour
• 30 hours per week with an opportunity to grow into a full-time salaried position.
• Salaried position would include vacation and sick time
• Semi-monthly paychecks.
