Janitorial Supervisor

Environment Control is hiring a full-time, evening/night Supervisor for the Lewiston/Clarkston area! The responsibilities of this position include coverage for basic janitorial duties as needed, knowledge of assigned area, training of new hires, supervision of 25 employees, customer satisfaction, utilization of smart phone for work tasks, and a strong commitment to completing all assigned work tasks. The position requires regular travel daily throughout the assigned area with your own vehicle.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Train new hires.
• Effectively manage labor.
• Effectively handle customer issues and resolve problems. The quality of service determines the security of each customer.
• Complete all formal inspection reports in a professional manner.
• Ensure all employees are trained properly and are aware of company policies.
• Communicate hiring needs.
• Utilize electronic ticketing system.
• Ensure all cleaning in the assigned area is completed, including covering cleaning duties as needed.
• Attend all company meetings.
• All other tasks/duties assigned within the scope of the Supervisor position.

What You'll Need:

• Must have 1 year of management experience.
• Training experience (preferred).
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Must have own vehicle and willingness to utilize it for work purposes.
• Must complete a background check.
• Must have working smart phone and willingness to utilize it for work purposes.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to carry and lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with an ability to problem solve independently.
• Must have Limited Working Proficiency (Level 2 - Intermediate) in English. Bilingual applicants are highly recommended to apply!
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
