Our Team is looking for a Floor Technician
Key Tasks
- Floor Care Work: Carpet,Cleaning, Tile floor care (auto scrub, strip/wax, buffing, etc)
- Fill-In Cleaning
- Project Work - Exterior window cleaning, Construction clean-ups, Tenant move-out cleaning, etc.
- Check-in daily with supervisor to confirm (s) and vehicles
- Complete work as assigned (example - 1 -person job versus 2-person job)
- Take before and after pictures on the Orange QC Job Report
- Communicate any problems as they occur with supervisor (floor issues, access issues, equipment issues)
- Communicate with the supervisors and managers for building access, as needed
- Use of company vehicles bases on equipment needs
- Sign-out and -in vehicles each time and report any issues with the vehicles to your supervisor, when noticed.
- Sign-out and -in keys to the key box or return to supervisors
- Tag broken equipment with detail regarding the problem
- Correction of customer complaints, as directed by supervisor (Orange QC)
- Assist with fill-in cleaning
- Pay - $16.00 - 18.00/Hour
- Part-time or full-time
- Monday to Sunday
