- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Occasional weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support cleaning/janitorial staff
- Assign daily work schedules and tasks
- Monitor employee performance and attendance
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met
- Train new hires on proper cleaning procedures and safety policies
- Manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Deliver supplies and equipment to job sites as needed
- Communicate with clients and address concerns professionally
- Enforce company policies and safety standards
- Complete basic reports and documentation
- Previous supervisory experience (janitorial or commercial cleaning preferred)
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning methods, tools, and supplies
- Strong organizational, time-management, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexible availability, including occasional weekends
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Starting pay at $18 per hour
