Corporate Cleaning Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facility Maintenance Cleaner to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will take pride in keeping our facility clean, safe, and well-maintained for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean and maintain restrooms, break areas, and common spaces.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, reporting repairs, or minor touch-ups.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly used, maintained, and stored.
• Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or damages immediately.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or maintenance experience preferred, but not required (training provided).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, standing, reaching) throughout the shift.
• Reliable and punctual.
  
  

Schedule & Pay

• Part-time position (flexible hours, evenings).
• Approx. 10-20 hours per week.
  
  

Work Environment

This role is based in a facility environment and requires consistent movement and hands-on tasks.
