We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Bilingual Evening Commercial (Office Cleaning) Manager to oversee nightly cleaning operations across multiple client locations. This position plays a key role in ensuring our teams deliver consistent, high-quality service and that clients receive professional, reliable support every night.

What You’ll Do | Responsabilidades

Team Leadership & Training

• Supervise Controllers (General Cleaners), Floaters, Floor Techs, Day Porters, and Supervisors
• Conduct new-hire training and ongoing retraining
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and support for staff growth
• Ensure all employees follow company cleaning standards and safety procedures
  
  

Daily Operations & Coverage

• Review nightly schedules to ensure every account is staffed
• Respond quickly to call-offs and arrange coverage
• Step in to perform cleaning if needed to maintain client satisfaction
• Communicate updates and needs with management and supervisors
  
  

Quality Control

• Complete routine inspections using a mobile app
• Document deficiencies and follow up on corrections
• Address client concerns or special requests immediately
  
  

Administrative Duties

• Approve and audit employee timecards
• Track supply usage and report budget issues
• Assist with resolving over-budget accounts
• Maintain clear logs of incidents, updates, and communication
  
  

What We’re Looking For | Requisitos

• Bilingual English/Spanish – Required
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Able to prioritize, multitask, and problem-solve under pressure
• Comfortable working independently and visiting multiple locations
• Experience in janitorial, cleaning services, or operations management (preferred but not required)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  
  

Schedule | Horario

• Full-Time – Weeknights ⏰ Start between 2–4 PM, finish around 10 PM–12 AM
• Weekend work only as needed to cover absences or inspections
• Some flexibility depending on account needs
