This role is for a hands-on marketer who is ready to roll-up their sleeves and learn complex messaging for energy management, and sustainability solutions across multiple verticals including healthcare, manufacturing, education, agriculture, real estate, and more. Working both as an individual contributor and collaboratively within a team, this role is responsible for the execution of marketing campaigns and creating sales collateral to support our explosive growth. You’re a generalist marketer with a broad skillset in an environment with changing needs. To be successful at Environ, you know how to turn complex messaging into simplified ideas that sell. You care about brand, have the desire to drive engagement and response, and use data and measurement tools to prove your campaign results. Strong writing and communication skills are a must, along with demonstrated hands-on experience identifying and altering content to distribute it in multiple formats through various channels including social, web, emails, messaging presentations, blogs, sales collateral, case studies, and more. Requirements:Required Skills/Abilities: 5 years of experience creating marketing campaigns and hitting deadlines. Superior writing skills and ability to understand messaging and GTMs for multiple audiences. Strong Canva skills to repurpose content across different channels. ABM (Account Based Marketing) practices, targeting ideal customers in multiple B-to-B industries.Demonstrated use of Hubspot: Emails, landing pages, CTAs, workflows, list filters. Self-motivated, self-starter, able to independently execute in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities while working within a team using real-time collaboration through Teams. Uses modern marketing tools: Hubspot, SFDC or other CRM, Monday.com, Google Analytics. Energy and Sustainability market experience a plus. Responsibilities:Plan, manage, and execute multiple marketing campaigns each month to support sales growth which include client and prospect campaigns, webinars, and event support, and more. Understand Go-To-Markets (GTMs) and tailor marketing campaigns to maximize lead generation through email, social media, LinkedIn ads, and other channels. Write promotional materials such as brochures and digital content to support campaigns. Work across groups of stakeholders, including product owners, sales, and marketing to develop successful B2B marketing campaigns that attract new clients and introduce services to existing clients. Research competitors to stay current with similar products and services on the market.Track key marketing measurements and report ROI.Booth shipments for exhibitions.
