Overview

We’re looking for someone to build and run a high-output social content engine across Enviromedica and Ancient Minerals.


We need someone who is deeply immersed in content and understands how content actually moves, what makes it resonate, and how to consistently turn ideas into a high volume of strong, platform-native creative.


The Director of Marketing leads brand, voice, and creative direction. What we’re missing is someone who can take that direction and turn it into a structured, repeatable system that actually runs.


What We’re Building

  • A consistent content cadence across platforms
  • A strong UGC and creator pipeline
  • Clear alignment between organic content and paid
  • A system that replaces fragmented execution with something organized and reliable


What You’ll Own

  • Building and managing a true content calendar, not a posting schedule, a system that plans concepts, assigns creators, and drives actual content production.
  • Turning brand direction into clear, usable briefs
  • Directing creators so content actually hits, not just looks good
  • Developing hooks, angles, and variations for testing
  • Working closely with paid to make sure organic and ads inform each other
  • Taking one idea and turning it into multiple pieces of content
  • Creating workflows that bring structure, speed, and consistency
  • Helping define how Enviromedica and Ancient Minerals show up differently on social


What We’re Looking For

This role is for someone who lives in content.


You probably:

  • Think in hooks, formats, and iterations, not just ideas
  • Have built or run a content engine before, not just posted content
  • Know how to brief creators in a way that leads to strong performance
  • Naturally think about how to get more out of every piece of content
  • Are very fluent in TikTok and Instagram
  • Are comfortable stepping into something that isn’t fully built yet and creating structure
  • Have experience with DTC brands (wellness, supplements, or beauty is a plus)
  • Have done hands-on work with UGC, creators, or TikTok Shop content
  • Have clear examples of systems you’ve built, not just campaigns you’ve worked on
  • Have an understanding of how creative ties back to performance


What This Role Is Not

  • Not a brand strategy role
  • Not a generalist marketing role
  • Not someone managing an agency; we’re building this in-house

  • We have a real system in place, not scattered execution
  • Content is consistent, intentional, and getting better over time
  • Creative feels clear, elevated, and aligned across both brands
  • Organic and paid are working together, not separately
  • Things move faster and with more clarity
