Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into company databases and systems with high accuracy
- Review data for errors or missing information and correct discrepancies
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
- Verify and process documents, forms, and reports
- Generate routine reports as needed
- Assist with administrative and clerical duties
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information
- Communicate with team members regarding data inconsistencies or missing information
- Perform regular backups and ensure proper filing procedures
Qualifications
- Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
