Applicants must hold a Certified Pest Control Applicator license with an active FJ Number in the state of Louisiana.

What You’ll Do:
This is a leadership role with hands-on responsibilities.

• Perform residential pest control treatments
• Lead and support a team of service technicians
• Assist with hiring and training new technicians
• Monitor proper product usage and ensure compliance with state regulations
• Oversee service quality and customer satisfaction
• Help manage vehicle usage, registration, and maintenance
• Adapt to schedule changes and think on your feet

You’ll be assigned a company vehicle and will build relationships with your own customers, delivering not just great pest control, but a great experience.

What We’re Looking For
Certified Applicator license with active FJ Number (Required)

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• 21 years of age or older (insurance requirement)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check
• Pest control experience
• Strong communication skills and leadership mindset
• Hardworking, positive, and team-oriented

The Details

• Full-time position
• $50,000–$60,000 per year (based on experience)
• Opportunities for advancement as we continue to grow

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
