We are looking for motivated and competitive individuals to join our 2027 Summer Pest Control Sales Team.
As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will speak directly with homeowners, explain our pest control services, identify their needs, and help them choose the right service for their home.
This is a commission-based sales opportunity with uncapped earning potential. No previous sales experience is required. We provide sales training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed.
This position is ideal for individuals who are driven, coachable, competitive, and willing to work hard throughout the summer.
Responsibilities
- Knock doors and speak directly with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
- Present and explain pest control services in a clear and professional way
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service options
- Generate and close new residential accounts
- Follow up with potential customers when necessary
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company
- Participate in team meetings, sales training, and coaching
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
