As a Plant Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Performing repairs and routine maintenance on lift stations and industrial machinery, including lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments
- Documenting maintenance activities and reporting any significant findings or issues
- Assisting with the installation of new machinery and equipment
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a clean, organized work environment
- Reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Collaborating with other team members to improve equipment performance and reliability
- 5 years of proven work experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician
- Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
- Good manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate or associate degree in a technical field is a plus
