About the Opportunity

Every day we make our customers' facilities cleaner, safer, and healthier, protecting the people who work and shop there. Enviro-Master is the largest company in the commercial hygiene services industry, with locations across the U.S. and Canada.

We're hiring a hunter for our Memphis territory. Restaurants, warehouses and distribution centers, medical and dental offices, auto dealerships, gyms, convenience stores, manufacturing plants. Every building with a restroom is a prospect, and Memphis has thousands of them. If you're the kind of person who gets fired up about walking into a business nobody has called on yet, you'll do well here.

What You'll Earn

• Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission. No cap, no ceiling, no cutoff once you hit a number.
• $75,000 is what minimum quota pays in Year 1. The number goes up from there and has no ceiling.
• Top performers across the Enviro-Master system earn well over six figures
• Vehicle and phone allowance

What the Role Looks Like

Field sales, every day, in your territory. You'll pull up to 25-35 doors a day, prospect in person, follow up with discipline, and close new recurring service agreements. The sales cycle is short, and many deals close in a single visit, so the scoreboard moves fast. Monday through Friday. No nights, no weekends.

• Door-to-door and in-person cold calling of any kind: pest control, home services, telecom, security systems, solar
• Uniform and facility services rental reps. Our sales process will feel familiar to you, and the training you already have puts you ahead on day one.
• Route or service sales where opening new accounts, and not just servicing existing ones, was how you got paid
• Any B2B field sales role where you had to create your own pipeline

What It Takes

• One or more years in outside B2B sales, door-to-door, or another in-person selling role preferred
• Genuine comfort with cold calling face to face. This is the core of the job, every day.
• Hungry, coachable, and competitive. You keep score.
• Ability to manage a territory and balance prospecting against follow-up
• Willingness to hear no and ask again
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent. A degree is welcome and not required. We care more about work ethic and track record.
