We're looking for a SALES LEADER to build our sales team and grow the St. Louis, Missouri territory; an area ripe with opportunity.

As a Sales Leader at Enviro-Master, you will take our already thriving revenue engine to the next level. What you’ll do :
Sales Strategy & Leadership :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Set and manage aggressive sales targets, ensuring consistent pipeline growth and conversions.
- Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize team performance.
Team Building & Talent Development :
Recruit, hire, and onboard high-performing sales professionals to build a world-class sales team.Coach, mentor, and develop team members through ongoing training, performance feedback, and leadership development.Foster a culture of accountability, ambition, and continuous improvement.Pipeline & Revenue Growth :
Oversee the creation and management of a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads.Develop and refine lead-generation strategies, leveraging both inbound and outbound tactics.Work closely with marketing to optimize messaging, campaigns, and demand-generation efforts.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and untapped market segments.Sales Process Optimization & Execution :
Implement best-in-class sales processes, methodologies, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Leverage a highly disciplined approach to using our CRM systems to track sales activities, monitor progress, and enhance reporting accuracy. This includes ensuring the sales team logs all client interactions, including calls, meetings, emails, and service visits. Document account revenue, upsell / cross-sell opportunities, and closed deals as well as track the pipeline of opportunities.Ensure accurate forecasting and data-driven decision-making to optimize revenue potential.Customer Engagement & Retention :
Develop strong relationships with key clients and strategic accounts to drive long-term revenue.Partner with operations and customer success teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.Gather customer insights and feedback to refine offerings and improve the sales approach.Solve Problems Proactively : periodically visit our clients and audit the accounts to prevent issues preemptively. When issues arise, address those escalations with urgency and effective resolution while maintaining high customer confidence and trust. Approach our business challenges with creativity, determination, and a solutions-first attitude.Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership :
Partner with franchise leadership to align sales strategies with overall business goals.Work closely with operations, marketing, and finance to drive business growth.Represent Enviro-Master at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities asa franchise and brand ambassador..Incredible highlights :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience (8 years) in B2B sales leadership, preferably within commercial cleaning, facilities management, or franchised business models.Track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams with measurable success.Thorough understanding of sales methodology. Strong capabilities in sales metrics such as churn rate, upsell percentages, and customer lifetime value. Detail-oriented and dedicated to fully leveraging our CRM tools to track client interactions, pipeline, and performance.Expertise in sales pipeline development, forecasting, and revenue execution.Strong ability to identify and hire great sales talent.Dedication to performance, including motivation, coaching and when necessary, strong performance management at all levels.Deep understanding of sales methodologies, CRM tools, and data-driven decision-making.Experience with franchise models, multi-unit sales, or regional sales expansion is beneficial but not required. Background in B2B services (e.g., facilities management, cleaning solutions, or similar industries) is preferred but not required.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong strategic thinking and ability to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders.Ability to drive and thrive in a data and results-driven environment.Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and / or G-Suite.A genuine passion for solving client problems and delivering exceptional service.Creative, resourceful, and solution-oriented when faced with challenges.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple client accounts, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.Compensation : Our compensation pay includes
