Route Support Supervisor – Field Operations

Starting at $55,000 Performance Bonus | Full-Time
Enviro-Master of Chicagoland is looking for a hands-on field leader to help manage, develop, and support our growing service team.
This is not a desk-only supervisor position. You'll work directly with our technicians in the field—training people, inspecting quality, solving customer and service issues, coordinating route coverage, and holding the team accountable to our standards.
We're looking for someone who sees a problem and takes ownership of getting it solved.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, train, and hold field technicians accountable.
- Conduct ride-alongs, field training, and quality-control inspections.
- Help coordinate routes and provide coverage when technicians call off.
- Step into the field and perform service when necessary.
- Address service problems and help protect customer relationships.
- Train new hires and cross-train employees to build stronger backup coverage.
- Monitor technician performance, attendance, communication, and service quality.
- Work closely with the General Manager to improve field operations and develop the team.
- Help build better systems and processes as the company grows.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading frontline or field employees.
- Strong accountability, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable having direct performance conversations with employees.
- Willing and able to work alongside the team when needed.
- Organized, dependable, and able to handle changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Chicagoland.
- Able to lift approximately 50 lbs. and perform physical field work when necessary.
Experience in route service, field service, facilities, pest control, commercial cleaning, logistics, hospitality, trades, or similar operations is a plus.
Commercial cleaning experience is not required. Leadership ability is.
Compensation & Opportunity
Starting at $55,000 annually, with compensation based on experience and demonstrated leadership ability, plus performance-based bonus opportunity.
