Regional Support Manager
Schedule: 2nd Shift
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $60,000/year
Location: serving Holland and surrounding areas
Enviro-Clean Services, Inc. is seeking a Regional Support Manager to support multiple accounts by ensuring quality service, strong customer relationships, and operational efficiency. This role provides hands-on support with new account start-ups, staff training, and coverage for management as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in training New Managers and Assistant Managers
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and employee relations
- Provide coverage for Managers as needed
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Contribute to the development of long-term action plans for accounts facing challenges.
- Support new account start-ups, establishing and implementing action plans
- Maintain strong client relationships and assist with customer communications
- Support scheduling, labor management, and cost control efforts
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial cleaning or facility services preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel between locations
- Valid driver’s license required
