Position: Light Duty Maintenance Technician
Location: Ypsilanti, MI
Pay: $18.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift, Full-Time
Weekly Pay – Immediate Hiring!
What You’ll Do:
- Climbing ladders for maintenance tasks
- Ceiling tile and light fixture replacement
- Basic painting and drywall repair skills
- Basic plumbing tasks
- Basic HVAC system upkeep including filter changes and motor maintenance
- General equipment maintenance and repair
- Lawn care and snow removal as needed
- Routine housekeeping duties and other assigned tasks
- Requires a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
