2nd Shift | Full-Time | All Year Round | $16.50/hour
Are you someone who leads by example and takes pride in a job well done? We’re looking for a dependable working lead to support and guide our custodial team while helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming school environment.
This is a hands-on role; you’ll be working alongside your team, setting the standard, and helping others succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Lead by example by actively performing cleaning duties alongside your team
- Support, guide, and hold team members accountable to daily cleaning standards
- Help organize workloads and adjust tasks based on building needs
- Train and coach team members to improve performance and consistency
- Inspect work to ensure quality and attention to detail
- Communicate with supervisors and staff to keep operations running smoothly
- Assist with securing the building at the end of shift
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliability - you show up and get it done
- Natural leadership mindset (you don’t need a title to lead)
- Willingness to step in and do any task, including cleaning
- Attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Ability to motivate others and maintain standards
- Custodial or leadership experience is a plus, but not required
