- $250 after 30 days

Are you passionate about training others and fluent in both English and Spanish? We’re looking for a Bilingual Support Cleaner / Trainer to help onboard and support our cleaning teams in Holland, MI. In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing our workforce and ensuring consistent quality and safety standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide hands-on training to new employees on cleaning tasks, equipment use, and safety procedures.
- Translate training materials and instructions as needed to support Spanish-speaking staff.
- Fill in for absent team members and assist with cleaning as needed.
- Work closely with site leaders and trainees to promote a positive, productive work environment.
- Maintain training documentation and communicate progress with managers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to lead and teach others
- Flexible, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous custodial experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
