JOB DESCRIPTION:
Enviro-Clean, Inc. is seeking a motivated and reliable individual with a passion for maintaining a clean and safe environment to join our team as an Area Supervisor. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, flexibility, and willingness to take on routine cleaning while striving for excellence!
This role requires someone who can ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency, keeping general and executive offices and medical facilities clean through various methods performing both light and heavy cleaning tasks. The Area Supervisor is also responsible for training team members and inspecting buildings to ensure high standards and customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Maintain cleanliness of assigned facilities nightly, including sweeping and mopping floors, dusting, disinfecting, trash removal, restrooms, etc.
· Maintain equipment and janitor’s closets in an organized and safe manner
· Train new employees at assigned facilities to ensure the highest quality cleanliness
· Provide excellent communication and feedback to employees and office personnel
· Use designated cleaning products properly and safely
· Provide great customer service
HOURS:
· After hours – starting 5pm or later
· Monday-Friday with rotating weekend schedules
· Opportunity for overtime
