The Team You’ll Join
Reporting to the Director, Payroll & Equity, you will join a high-impact, global team of compensation, benefits, payroll, and equity professionals. We operate in a highly collaborative, hybrid environment, partnering closely across People & Culture and the broader Envestnet organization to deliver strategic, business-aligned outcomes.
How You’ll Contribute
Oversees the day-to-day operations of the company's U.S. and Canadian equity programs. Manages equity data, processes transactions, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides support to employees and executives regarding their equity. Works closely with Legal, Accounting, and Payroll. Adheres to, applies and readily supports Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value and minimize risk.
- Ensures all forms of equity compensation are administered in accordance with the terms and conditions of the plans from which they are granted.
- Adheres to internal processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with international and U.S. tax withholding / reporting requirements.
- Manages new hire, promotion, and ad-hoc discretionary awards and vesting processes for employees and Board of Directors.
- Maintains the integrity of data in Fidelity and Carta administration software platform.
- Performs periodic review and reconciliations of equity transactions and participant data to maintain high level of accuracy and data integrity.
- Generates recurring reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) and responds timely to ad hoc data requests from People & Culture, Accounting, Finance and Payroll.
- Partners with Finance to provide budget support for equity-related budget items.
What You’ll Need to Bring
- 2-5 years of experience in Stock Plan Administration working for a service provider or an issuer.
- Deep knowledge and experience with Fidelity stock plan administration software (or similar software) is required.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Technical understanding of various equity awards including tax and accounting implications and reporting requirements.
- Ability to clearly communicate equity compensation concepts at a high level with employees and cross-functional partners.
Nice-to-Haves
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with private equity program.
- Strong analytical ability with an understanding of financial business concepts related to the equity and pay programs; strong accounting background is a plus.
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) (Level 3) preferred.

Our Investment in You
This role offers a base salary range of $78,200 - $97,700. The range listed represents a good-faith estimate of base salary compensation for this position and does not include incentive compensation, equity or benefits. Individual pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. This role is eligible for an additional incentive component as part of the total rewards package.
