Job Responsibilities
The annual base salary range for this position is $139,000 to $231,000.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable and high-performance cloud architectures.
- Functionally decompose complex and ambiguous problems into well-defined, executable tasks
- Share in the ownership of an architectural vision and actively pursue incremental progress
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define performance requirements and ensure they are met.
- Develop and optimize systems for performance and scalability.
- Implement best practices for enterprise readiness, including security, compliance, and reliability.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
- As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 8 years of professional software development experience
- Extensive experience in software engineering with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Proven track record of leading agile development teams.
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Expertise with microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Effectiveness with performance monitoring and optimization tools.
- Programming experience in a modern language like C# and clean system design using SOLID principles.
- Understanding of SQL and relational database best practices.
- Hands-on experience in full-stack development under cloud-native architecture(s).
- Interest in investing/trading and the fintech industry
