The Revenue Operations Analyst will support our go-to-market efforts in the North American Utility market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams to help drive smart, efficient growth across sales, marketing, and customer success.
This role is preferred hybrid, based in our Back Bay, Boston office, but is also open to fully remote candidates on the East Coast. Occasional travel is required for industry and recruitment events.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Market Research: Lead the research efforts to gather and analyze data crucial for decision-making and sales processes, which includes in-depth analysis of potential utility prospects, emerging technologies, industry trends, and potential partnership opportunities.
  • Data Analysis: Track and analyze data to extract actionable insights that inform campaign strategies, sales initiatives, and overall business direction.
  • Process Documentation & Optimization: Assist in documenting and streamlining key workflows to enhance team efficiency, scalability, and alignment across sales and marketing activities.
  • Build Reports & Presentations: Develop regular and ad hoc reports and visualizations, synthesizing market research findings into clear, data-driven presentations that support decision-making within go-to-market teams and contribute to client-facing presentation decks.
  • CRM Management: Leverage CRM systems and tools to support revenue-generating processes, ensuring data integrity and providing insights to improve sales and marketing strategies.
  • KPI Tracking & Strategy Optimization: Track key performance indicators to evaluate the success of market strategies and initiatives, providing insights to optimize execution and adjust plans as needed.

What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills)

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience or equivalent in sales/revenue operations, data analysis, or a similar role (experience in SaaS or the utility sector is a plus).
  • Technical Skills: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce), Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization or reporting tools, with an interest in exploring AI-driven solutions to enhance data analysis and automate processes.
  • Analytical Abilities: Comfortable analyzing numbers and transforming data into actionable insights.
  • Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with a hands-on, "get-it-done" attitude.
  • Communication: Effective communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams.
The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $70,000 to $95,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.
