Your Role in Our Mission

At Enveda, every role drives impact. As an HR Data Analyst Intern, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering hope to patients everywhere. Your expertise in data analysis will be critical in accelerating our mission to improve HR programs, processes, and decisions because every breakthrough starts with bold questions and brave actions.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze candidate experience, onboarding experience, and employee experience data
• Perform data mining on Employee Engagement results for insights and patterns
• Create Storyboards from the data analysis
• Create HR Dashboards in DOMO
  
  
  

We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s in Data Science, Applied Statistics, Computer Science, or Information Systems with 1 to 2 years of industry or intern experience (or) Master’s in the same fields
• Proven track record of using statistics, databases, SQL, programming languages, BI tools, data analysis tools, and software such as Excel, R, Python
• Strong understanding of data analysis for decision making
