Industrial Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support daily production operations and equipment reliability. This hands-on role focuses on troubleshooting metal stamping presses and production equipment, such as robots and formers, with strong electrical and mechanical responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Produce parts according to quality standards and requirements
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain metal stamping presses, robots, formers and other production equipment
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and preventative maintenance on production equipment
• Support production uptime and minimize downtime
• Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals
• Oversee and support the production team during daily operations
• Ensure compliance with safety and professional standards within our facility

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ experience in a maintenance manufacturing role
• Industrial maintenance experience (metal stamping preferred)
• Strong electrical, robotic and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
• Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create and adhere to production processes
• Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
