Key Responsibilities:
- Open and close the building, ensuring the kitchen is ready for full operation.
- Schedule and manage kitchen staff shifts, including breaks, to meet guest demand.
- Teach and train staff on all kitchen operations and procedures.
- Maintain a fully stocked kitchen and oversee inventory and waste control.
- Lead the team to maintain an operational pace that matches our customer service commitments.
- Set and monitor performance, hygiene, and grooming standards for all kitchen staff.
- Ensure the kitchen is 100% ready for health inspections with no violations (e.g., proper food storage).
- Foster a clean kitchen culture and teach best hygiene practices.
- Keep staff motivated, positive, and accountable through coaching and disciplinary procedures.
- Track and report fluctuations in food costs and dish pricing.
- Review guest comments to enhance customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
