Imagine this challenge

A large forged blank hits your station. You select tooling, set work offsets, tweak G- and M-code at the control, and bring tolerance-critical features into spec. You confirm with micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators—and release a part that meets every requirement, on time.

Your impact

• Set up and operate engine and large CNC lathes to machine castings, forgings, plates, bars, and custom parts.
• Achieve tight tolerances and specified finishes on large, complex workpieces.
• Program and edit at the machine to enhance accuracy, repeatability, and throughput.
• Inspect components with precision instruments (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators) to verify conformance.

What you bring

• 3–5 years of machining experience or equivalent technical training.
• 3–5 years of CNC and manual lathe setups.
• Programming familiarity preferred (comfortable editing/creating lathe programs).
• Proven quality performance in a fast-paced, production-driven shop.
• Strong problem-solving habits and a team-focused approach.
