What would I be doing?
We provide an uncapped base plus bonus compensation structure that allows for on-target earning (OTE) to equal $125,000 with opportunity to exceed.

What would I be doing?
- Respond to job leads by going to various clients' homes in our service territory
- Build rapport and ask good, open ended questions to understand how we can serve our clients
- Assess the damage within the home and thoughtfully propose potential solutions
- Follow up with clients on questions and potential issues
- Communicate internally with team members
- Other duties may be assigned
- Strong work ethic and commitment to integrity
