What would I be doing?
- Learn how to plan, budget, and oversee residential rebuild projects
- Partner with a Territory Manager for hands-on training and mentorship
- Communicate directly with clients to guide them through the rebuild process
- Visit job sites to track progress and solve real-time challenges
- Coordinate with trades, vendors, and internal teams to keep jobs moving
- Ensure work is completed with excellence, professionalism, and care
- Document project updates and maintain accurate records
- Provide diamond-level customer service throughout each project
- Grow toward becoming a full Project Manager, with increasing responsibilities and opportunities
- Other duties as assigned
- Projects are completed on time and within budget
- Clients feel cared for, informed, and thrilled with their experience
- Problems are solved quickly with clear, professional communication
- Your Territory Manager sees steady growth in your independence and confidence
- You take ownership of each project and help restore homes—and hope
- Strong work ethic and commitment to integrity
- Humble, teachable, and eager to grow
- Adaptable and able to stay calm under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong customer service mindset
- Solutions-focused and willing to problem-solve
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using company platforms
- No need for PMP certification, agile/scrum experience, or prior construction background—we’ll train you!
