The person stepping into this position will be one of the first team members at our newly opened Jacksonville branch, playing a key role in helping us build and grow the team from the ground up. What would I be doing?

As a Construction Laborer, otherwise known as a Mitigation Technician, you will provide water, fire, and mold cleanup services to people who have suffered property damage and value an excellent service experience. You will be responsible to...

• Assess, document, and communicate the necessary plan to get a house back to a clean, safe, and dry environment
• Wear personal protective equipment
• Remove clean or dirty water and materials from the home
• Carry and set up equipment
• Demolish damaged parts of the house
• Clean the house when finished
• Other duties may be assigned

• Strong work ethic and high standard of excellence
• High level of integrity and trustworthiness, regardless of who is watching

What does compensation and benefits look like?

• Hourly compensation, ranging from $16-$18 an hour, plus overtime opportunities
