What are the responsibilities and job description for the All Shifts- CNA/CHHA/PCA position at Entrusted Hearts by Baptist Village?
Entrusted Hearts Home Care, a division of Baptist Village Communities in Enid, OK. We are seeking individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of Senior adults in their home and who have a heart for serving others. Day, evening, & overnight shifts available 7 days per week.
Duties:
- Provide personal care assistance to individuals in their homes or healthcare facilities
- Support clients with medication reminders
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living areas and doing laundry
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Document and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
Experience:
-CHHA/CNA positions are certified.
- Knowledge of basic personal care techniques and procedures
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
