Compensation Range
The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $67,959-$99,673 per year (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan. In addition to your pay, Entrust offers eligible colleagues and their dependents comprehensive health and well-being programs which include medical, vision, dental, a generous 401(k) matching contribution, life and disability insurance, mental health coaching, virtual fitness programs, paid personal time off plus 12 paid holidays, parental leave and education reimbursement. We’re looking for a Regulatory Specialist - Hybrid in Shakopee, MN
As a Regulatory Specialist, you will support cross-functional efforts to comply with applicable environmental, health and safety requirements.

- Work closely with Compliance, Procurement, Engineering, and product development teams to create an overall program strategy to comply with global environmental, health and safety requirements.
- Identify and formally track evolving product regulatory requirements related to restricted or prohibited substances on a global basis and notify Procurement, Engineering and R&D of cutover dates to ensure adequate planning.
- Support and track product-level information by surveying and working with direct materials suppliers to ensure compliance with applicable regulations (i.e., presence of restricted or prohibited chemicals).
- Coordinate regulatory submissions, updating and managing website disclosures, and responding to customer inquiries related to product compliance information (e.g., RoHS, REACH, WEEE, other compliance statements),
- Partner with Engineering and R&D teams to verify product details comply with existing and emerging regulatory requirements, such as chemical content, product labelling, and health and safety documentation requirements.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities to strengthen global compliance strategy.
- Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of experience in compliance, engineering, or procurement role
- Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Environment, or related field
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Project management or experience building and developing regulatory oversight programs
- Understanding of regulations impacting restricted/prohibited chemicals (e.g., RoHS, REACH, Prop 65)
- Experience tracking and managing regulatory requirements on a global scale
- Experience gathering and reporting sustainability data at the enterprise and/or product level
- Ability to work collaboratively and build consensus cross-functionally
- Comfort managing large quantities of complex data and learning new systems
- Comfort communicating with external stakeholders
- Experience with Agile PLM tool
- Leader in the security industry
