What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary administrative point of contact for our utility client, supporting ongoing communication and coordination.
- Maintain, audit, and clean up internal and client database systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Support project tracking, approvals, and documentation, including monitoring approval timelines (e.g., 30-day approval cycles).
- Prepare clear status updates and reports by translating complex project data into understandable summaries.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and client representatives to resolve data discrepancies.
- Ensure records and documentation are organized and aligned across platforms.
- Support training, onboarding, and process updates related to client systems and workflows.
Required Experience & Education
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer-facing role, preferably in the engineering, utility, or construction industries.
- High School Diploma required.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Strong database management and data entry skills.
- Experience with SharePoint, SAP, or similar ERP systems preferred.
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
