What are the responsibilities and job description for the Transactional Paralegal position at Entrepreneurial Law Advisors?
We're looking to hire a paralegal to work with us on a LONG TERM ONGOING BASIS for a growing and business-minded law firm.
You may be asked to work on a variety of business or estate planning-related projects, including drafting and reviewing documents and agreements, legal research, document filing, and general assistance with managing files to completion. Being a small firm, you will also be asked to assist with scheduling, answering phones, screening potential new clients, and calling governmental agencies.
JOB TYPE:
- Full-time, depending on the fit
- Compensation on an hourly or annual basis, depending on the candidate.
- Autonomy in the service of a file
