Position Summary 
Entrega is seeking an experienced Client Delivery Lead to strengthen our client delivery function. This leader is responsible for ensuring that client commitments are delivered successfully across engagements - on time, within scope, and with consistently high quality. The Client Delivery Lead oversees the leaders responsible for managing client delivery relationships and project execution, ensuring strong delivery governance, operational discipline, and client satisfaction across the organization. 

This role partners closely with Client Services leadership, Operations leadership, and production delivery teams to ensure that client commitments are well-defined, properly planned, and executed effectively. 

Depending on candidate experience, this role may also oversee the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure strong project management standards and execution discipline across the company. 

This role requires a leader who combines client relationship maturity, operational discipline, and strong delivery leadership within a professional services environment.

  • Client Delivery Leadership 
  • Oversee Service Delivery Managers responsible for client delivery relationships 
  • Ensure client commitments are executed successfully across accounts and engagements 
  • Maintain strong delivery governance across projects and delivery teams 
  • Manage delivery escalations and ensure timely resolution of client delivery issues 
  • Partner with Client Services leadership to align client expectations with delivery capability 
  • Ensure delivery leaders maintain strong communication and trust with client stakeholders 
  • Delivery Governance & Performance Management 
  • Monitor delivery health across active engagements 
  • Ensure delivery teams maintain strong project oversight and execution discipline 
  • Identify delivery risks early and coordinate mitigation strategies 
  • Establish consistent delivery practices and expectations across delivery teams 
  • Ensure strong collaboration between delivery leadership and operational delivery teams 
  • Project Management Leadership (PMO Oversight) 
  • Oversee the Project Management Office (PMO) 
  • Ensure strong project management standards across engagements 
  • Develop and maintain project governance frameworks and best practices 
  • Support the development and coaching of project management talent 
  • Promote consistent project execution discipline across the organization 
  • Client Delivery Excellence 
  • Establish strong expectations for delivery accountability and professionalism 
  • Promote continuous improvement in delivery practices and client engagement 
  • Encourage proactive management of delivery risks and issues 
  • Partner with operational leaders to improve delivery predictability and execution efficiency 
  • Cross-Functional Leadership 
  • Partner with Client Services leadership to align delivery execution with client expectations 
  • Partner with Operations leadership to ensure delivery resources and production teams are effectively utilized 
  • Work closely with Finance and Operations to monitor delivery performance and operational efficiency 
  • Support leadership decision-making related to delivery capacity, prioritization, and client engagement strategy 

 

Qualifications 
The following qualifications reflect the experience, capabilities, and attributes typically required to perform successfully in this role. 

  • 10–15 years of progressive experience in professional services, consulting, technology services, or similar client delivery environments 
  • 5 years in a senior delivery leadership role (Director, Practice Lead, Delivery Lead, Program Director, or equivalent) with responsibility for overseeing delivery teams or client portfolios 
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex client delivery engagements, including managing delivery performance across multiple projects or accounts 
  • Demonstrated experience managing delivery leaders such as Service Delivery Managers, Program Managers, or Project Managers 
  • Strong understanding of professional services delivery models, including project-based delivery, managed services delivery, and client engagement governance 
  • Demonstrated experience managing delivery escalations and complex client situations, including scope changes, delivery risks, and stakeholder alignment 
  • Experience establishing or strengthening delivery governance frameworks, project management standards, or delivery best practices across teams 
  • Experience overseeing or partnering with a Project Management Office (PMO) and promoting strong project management discipline across engagements 
  • Experience working closely with operations or resource management functions to align delivery commitments with available capacity and delivery capability 
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within cross-functional leadership environments, partnering with sales, operations, finance, and executive leadership 
  • Experience leading delivery in enterprise client environments with complex stakeholder structures preferred 
  • Experience in a professional services, consulting, or technology services firm strongly preferred 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field required

The Client Delivery Lead will strengthen the effectiveness of Entrega’s client delivery function and directly influence delivery consistency, client satisfaction, and operational execution across engagements.

  • Commitment to delivery excellence and continuous improvement in how engagements are executed
