Account Executive Intern
Phoenix, AZ | Part Time
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Account Executive Intern to join our dynamic sales team. This internship is designed for college students interested in gaining hands-on experience in media, advertising, and sales. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to real client campaigns while developing professional skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in prospecting and identifying new business opportunities Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and client materials
- Conduct research on market trends, industries, and potential clients
- Help manage and update customer information using CRM systems
- Participate in client meetings and take detailed notes and follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign execution across digital and traditional platforms
- Learn to analyze client needs and contribute ideas for marketing solutions
- Provide general administrative and project support to the sales team
- Real-world experience in media sales and client relationship management
- Exposure to digital advertising, broadcast media, and marketing strategies
- Mentorship from experienced sales professionals
- Opportunity to develop professional skills such as communication, time management, and strategic thinking
- Networking opportunities within the industry
- Currently enrolled in a college or university (preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field)

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in sales, media, advertising, or digital marketing
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
