Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our Global Business Analytics and Platforms team. They will report to the Business Applications Manager, currently based in El Paso, Texas, USA. The primary function of the role is to analyze the company processes, design and implement the processes in Salesforce, and provide custom solutions for specific business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with our Business Applications and Sales Operations teams, and Business Stakeholders to identify, document, and implement streamlined business processes by effectively leveraging the functionality and capabilities of Salesforce.
- Development and customizations of Salesforce applications using reusable Lightning Components, Lightning Pages, Lightning Data Services, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, and Apex Test Classes on Sales and Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud sites.
- Ensuring secure coding and UI standards and best practices are applied during development.
- Providing input and contributing to the enhancement and maintenance of applications and programs.
- Leading efforts to configure, analyze, design, develop, and maintain program code and applications.
- Driving and supporting the process for source code management.
- Contributing to integration, systems, and performance testing and tuning of code.
- Defining and promoting opportunities for re-usability of code, configurations, procedures, and techniques.
