Business Analyst – Clinical (Practice Management)
We are looking for a Clinical Business Analyst to support and optimize clinical workflows across Practice Management (PM) and EHR systems. This role partners closely with clinicians, operations, and IT teams to improve efficiency, compliance, and patient care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and optimize clinical and patient management workflows
• Act as a bridge between clinical, administrative, and technical teams
• Gather and translate clinical requirements into functional specifications
• Support implementation, configuration, and optimization of PM/EHR systems (Meditech, Athena, eClinicalWorks, or similar)
• Assist with system upgrades, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support
• Ensure workflows and system configurations meet regulatory standards (HIPAA, CMS, etc.)
Requirements:
• Clinical background (Nursing, Allied Health, Medical Assistant, Health Informatics, or Healthcare Administration)
• 5–8 years of experience in clinical operations or PM/EHR systems
• Strong understanding of ambulatory or hospital workflows
• Hands-on experience with major EHR/PM platforms
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
